A Knoxville native since the age of four, Chelsea has deep roots in the community and a strong passion for supporting children and families in East Knoxville. She is a graduate of Karns High School and brings a diverse background in healthcare and sales to her role at Emerald.

Chelsea’s connection to Emerald Youth began long before joining the staff—her children have attended Emerald Academy and participated in Emerald Youth afterschool, sports, and summer programs. As she became more involved, learning about Emerald’s vision for East Knoxville confirmed her desire to serve through this ministry.

Her life verse, Matthew 6:33, reminds her to seek God first and trust Him with all else. Chelsea attends Fountain City Church and is deeply committed to faith, family, and community. She is a proud mother of two, Alexis and August, and enjoys spending quality time with them trying new restaurants, playing outdoors, and doing arts and crafts.

In her free time, Chelsea also loves exploring local parks and festivals, catching up with friends, and self-care days. Fun fact? She’s always ready to make someone laugh.
