Overview

Performance training is important to the health and well-being of all athletes, not just those who seek to play in college or professionally.

Emerald Youth's strength and conditioning program for middle and high school students establishes a strong understanding of the foundational barbell lifts (i.e. squat, dead lift, bench press). We use safe and progressive instruction so any young person can learn these movements, regardless of experience level.

For many youth, this is their first time in the weight room, which presents a perfect opportunity to equip these young adults with the right skills that will help them compete in future sports. For any athlete to reach his or her full potential, a safe and sound strength and conditioning program is an absolute must.

 

Individuals

Emerald Youth offers performance training tailored for individual athletes and his/her sport.

 

Teams

Emerald Youth offers performance training tailored to meet the needs of entire athletic teams in a variety of sports.
