Marlee Sanders is Knoxville native and graduated from Carson-Newman College with a degree in advertising and public relations.
She spent her childhood in the pool and swam competitively for Pilot Aquatic Club, Northside YMCA, and Central High School. It is her passion for swimming, and love of Jesus and youth, that drew her to Emerald Youth Foundation.
Marlee and her husband Matt reside in Knoxville, love all things Tennessee and are die-hard Yankees fans. They have two blue tick hounds, Neyland and Gray.
Most of their time is spent serving in various capacities at Fellowship Church where Matt is a pastor, but any free time they have is spent watching or attending sporting events, playing with their pups, or nerding out on Marvel movies.
Marless can also be found curled up reading a good book and fueling her addiction of Chick-fil-A sweet tea and Dippin' Donuts.
